This didgeridoo is in the Key of G! 12 sided laminates from black maire hardwood. Hand crafted Black Maire is one of New Zealand's hardest woods. Heavy and strong, and mature black maire is extremely durable. As a result it was used by early European settlers as a substitute for lignum vitae used for bearings and pulley blocks. Deep Vibrations: The low-frequency fundamental drone of the instrument creates a physical resonance within the body.
